Our Mission

It is our mission to provide associations in Orange County with the finest management in a professional manner in concert with the governing documents and rules and regulations of the associations. We provide full service to our associations utilizing our in-house capabilities whenever possible. We focus our attention on associations in Orange County so we may stay close to them and the communities in which they reside. We employ personnel who are qualified and dedicated to providing superior service to our client associations.

Company Profile

Laguna Shores Management was founded in 1975 with the purpose of serving the many associations then being formed in Orange County. Since that time, we have continued to grow.  We have not allowed our growth to compromise our focus on quality customer service.

Laguna Shores Management is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
